Starting a new job comes with a whirlwind of emotions—excitement, nerves, curiosity. So when I heard there was a summer picnic planned for PCB, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I hadn’t helped with the preparation, being new to the team, but I showed up with an open mind and a hopeful heart.

From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth—not just from the sun, but from the people. Coworkers greeted me with smiles, introduced themselves, and made sure I had a plate full of food and a spot on the picnic blanket. It was the kind of welcome that turns strangers into teammates.

As games kicked off and laughter filled the air, I got a glimpse of the team’s dynamic. Some were competitive in cornhole, others were laid-back and content to chat under the trees. I saw inside jokes, shared stories, and a genuine sense of camaraderie. It was like watching the company culture come to life.
