Happy New Year, everyone!
As we enter 2020, let’s take a moment to be thankful for everything that 2019 taught us. Let’s give ourselves a well-deserved pat on the back and say, “We did it!”
Many people have written down their New Year’s resolutions. As for me, I’m not writing anything specific this year—not because I don’t want to change or improve, but because I’ve learned from experience. When I was younger, I made resolutions every year, only to end up disappointed when I couldn’t stick to them. Now that I’m older, I’ve realized it’s better to plan wisely and focus on what’s truly possible.
In 2020, my goals are clear:
I’m going to grind harder, push myself further, and work out more consistently (yes, I’m aiming to get back to my 65–70 kg weight—wish me luck!). Most importantly, I’m determined to step out of my comfort zone.
Let’s make 2020 the year we become kinder, stronger, wiser, and bolder. Let’s chase our goals and support each other along the way.
